The owner at IMM is fair and kind. They don't upcharge and never have tried to do " extra " on the cars. We don't take any of our vehicles anywhere else!
The staff at this shop is very knowledgeable, competant, courteous, and efficient. Their prices are reasonable and I have always been more than satisfied with their work. They routinely go the extra distance to provide excellent service. I highly recommend IMM.
