Hon-man Auto Care

I’ve been going to Hon-man for almost 5 years and they have never been less than excellent. They’re never condescending, always honest, and don’t ever try to scare you into repairs. I once got my car inspected at the dealership and was quoted $5k for a bunch of replacements and repairs that they made sound really urgent. At the time as a teenage girl I thought it was my only option. On a recommendation, I took my car to Hon-man instead and ended up paying a fraction of that. The AC compressor that the dealership wanted to REPLACE worked perfectly fine and just needed to be adjusted so it would stop disconnecting, so Hon-man charged me for labor instead of a $1200+ replacement part. There’s a lot of other solids they’ve done me over the years and I recommend them to anybody I know that owns a Honda.

I had kept Hon-Man on my list if I ever needed help tackling bigger jobs on my Accord. I was at 125k miles and never had my valves adjusted before. Glad I had it done even though it's a mixed verdict on Google on whether it's a necessary service and haven't noticed any noises from my engine, but I take pride in maintaining my car so I opted to have it done anyways. Turns out my valves were pretty tight when they tested with their feeler guage so I'm glad I had them inspect and adjust them. Definitely made a difference as my car accelerates much smoothly now so money well spent and I definitely recommend having this service performed every 100k. They have free snacks, beverages, and wi-fi to help pass time. They also have a really friendly dog, Amy, who will greet you and keep you company!
