Brakes Plus

My wife and I both had our cars taken care of here. Turns out they cross threaded a lug nut on both of our cars. We took our cars elsewhere to have a tire rotation and both of our lugs were cross-threaded. Brakes plus will fix this for free but it’s frustrating we have to waste our time with another appointment. Other than that service was great. Danny who I believe is the manager is awesome

HIGHLY recommend!! I’ve taken my car here multiple times in the last six months, every single employee I’ve worked with at Brakes Plus has been incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and kind. I value this treatment from an auto shop a lot, especially as a young woman. They’ve always made me feel confident that they’re getting the work done properly and efficiently, and for a reasonable price. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would!

We took our van here for an oil change and they added on all these extra items. Ever since they replaced our water pump our van has continued to have more and more problems. They denied the work they did caused the add-on problems but admitted to us they don't do a full system check - they only check the specific item they work on. We gave them the opportunity to make things right and unfortunately they refused to do so. We will not use them going forward and have told our business associates to not use them as well. Save yourself time and money and take your vehicle somewhere where qualified technicians will work on it.
