I am newer to the area and did a lot of research on good BMW mechanics. I found Babbitt using google and decided to take my X5 to them after reading multiple good reviews. Let me tell you I am so happy that I did! These guys know their stuff! Not only did they fix it right the first time, but they coordinated the drop off/pick up of the vehicle to get new tires from discount down the street which really saved me from missing work, I am so appreciative of that, they also kept me informed via email the entire time my vehicle was in their possession! Jen, Jake, and Cameron were all absolutely fantastic to work with! I can tell the whole team is great! I feel so much more confident owning an older BMW now! Thanks team Babbitt!!! I had bought an e36 325i and to my surprise it wouldn’t start. I took it to other shops and no one could figure it out. When I took it to Babbitt they fixed it within a week.
