The car was brought in due to turning over too slow during starting. They called and said that it needed a new alternator. The kept it all day. When we got the car, the slow turnover was still present. We came back a few days later and now they said that it was the battery. This after charging $683 and really marking up the remanufactured alternator. I ended up having to get a new battery as well. They did not do the proper battery testing and took the lazy way out and just installed an expensive alternator. They will do nothing to correct their mistake. The manager Hunter spins everything and basically insults your intelligence. I told him that he was going to lose good customers from years back! He did mention that he sleeps well at night during the conversation. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
