Yeah. Every time I have called this place, they are either “so busy” that they cannot take more scheduled jobs or they quote a price that is almost 2-3 times as high as any other shop. Heck with it, man. Tried keeping my money to a place that wasn’t a chain store, but TKS forced me to go elsewhere. ✌???? After the vigorous response from the owner on here, I feel I must clarify. On 4 different occasions, I have called to inquire or have quotes done. During these phone calls, I was told 1. It will be a month or more 2. We don’t work on that ( Grand Cherokee a/c compressor clutch and a Ram transmission) 3. Some version of exceedingly expensive quoting that I can verify through quotes I got from other mechanic shops. Now, having never been able to get my damn vehicle through the door to get worked on, I’d say that has its own merit as to reviewing the business, just as reviewing the work that gets done. TKS always does outstanding work. They are honest and back up their work. I service all my vehicles there and my dad uses them as well. He was a mechanic in the Korean War and appreciates their passion for their work. I highly recommend them if you want your vehicles maintained the right way and at a reasonable price!!!

I needed a repairshop ASAP. My daughters van had a continuous grind coming from the rear. I assumed to be a wheel bearing. I googled auto repair in the San Tan/Queen Creek area and came up with several shops. I began reading Google reviews for all of them. All the shops had great reviews but for some reason Tks automotive caught my eye..and believe me, it was definitely the best choice I could have ever made! I talked to Dan, explained my situation and proceeded to take charge of my issue. He ordered the wheel bearing, my daughter brought the van in the next day and Dan immediately determined it was in fact not the bearing at all, the rear brake pads were gone which was causing the grinding. My problem was diagnosed and repaired within a day and a half...Dan also noticed the inner tire tread worn to the steel belts, insisted she take the van for tires immediately before someone is hurt, which was done. We are new to the area and are now blessed with the comfort of having a trusted and
