Just came in with a simple oil change. Had a great conversation with Andrew at the front desk. I came in early for my appointment. I was not expecting it to be done any sooner, but I was surprised when they started working on it right away and had it done faster than expected. Overall, I could go to a lot of different places, but there's something about the Greulich's customer service that is satisfying every time.
I love bringing my cars here. Great service and good people. But recently they gave me back my truck after installing new struts and the backing plate was rubbing against the rotor. I was on a road trip the day after and had to stop at a local shop to have them fix the issue. I feel like the truck could have been diven farther to test the installation.
