If you’re someone like me that is just looking for a good auto shop where the mechanics will treat you like a human and level with you, this the place for you. They are incredibly genuine and straightforward about the work. They also finished my service the same day and I was unable to pick up my car so they pulled it inside overnight. Wilhelm requires reservations and is more expensive than other service locations. They justified this price by explaining that they do more tests and more intense tests than other places do. Sounds great! Except that we've had an oil leak ever since, we already had intermittent starting issues which were traced back to a bad battery (meaning they didn't test the battery), and when we pulled the engine air filter to replace the starter it was completely FILLED with dust (meaning they never even looked). They also recommended over $2000 in other repairs. But after seeing how bad their inspection was I'm glad we didn't give them another dime. I called and tried to ask about things but the guy who answered the phone interrupted me during every sentence to blame me for not mentioning issues when I brought the vehicle in. Wilhelm was so helpful in getting to the bottom of what was wrong with my car. They seemed very genuine and trustworthy which goes a long way!
