They have a list of different oil change options, but don’t have them in stock. It’s been my 4th time paying for bottled oil from the shelf. Workers look they been forced to be here. 2 people doing oil change and wait time is 3.5 Hours. I’m going to dealer from now on. F@$?k Walmart oil&lube. STORE MANAGER SHOULD BE FIRED or close down your tire and lube.
The store did a dissatisfaction job on my vehicle. I have a appointment for 3:00, I arrived at 2:38. I didn't leave there until 5:30ish. I need a four new tires put on, they only put on3 new tires on stated the could get the driver front off. I had a appointment and they took cars that didn't have any appointment first. After the complete, I drove over to Sam's club and the unloosen the lugs that they so call couldn't get off. Never again Walmart on Peoria. Stay away I also saw the reviews, but ignored them.Trying to give them a chance, my fault for going.
Walmart auto care center located at 35th Ave & Bethany Home road. Vincent was very helpfull, very professional. He was able to fix my tire. Thank you again. I will definitely refer family & friends to this location.
