Very professional service and assistance from the initial phone call to set up the repair, to update of condition, and at pick up of my vehicle. I initially had my BMW x5 at the BMW dealership and they were not only rude and overpriced, but completed wrong w my problem. Scott’s German auto did a thorough assessment, detailed report, and found nothing wrong w my car. I would have paid $800 at BMW. Kuddos to Rachel who answers the phone but knows A LOT about cars. She asked me more questions than the BMW service manager and definitely is knowledgeable about cars. Highly recommend this center for all maintenance and repairs in The West Valley!!

This place is top notch. Had a steering gear box that went out and they immediately got me in and fixed as quickly as they could (part had to come from NJ!). They also did my oil change and brake fluid flush. I will continue to use them when my car needs some TLC. Overall decent experience just wished for better communication on time frames. A 11am appointment for an inspection ended up having to call several times and leave the car overnight due to no callback in its status. Just know before you schedule that your going to pay a premium in parts and labor.
