Valley Express Auto Repair

Told me they wouldn’t charge me the tow if I took my truck to them to get fixed. They still charged me, then charged me and “advisory” fee after I had told them what was wrong with it. Also stole a phone mount out of my truck and wouldn’t do anything about it.. who steals a phone mount? I wouldn’t recommend going here at all. Took them a week to actually look at the vehicle, no updates, no calls. Just all around bad service, not sure how they’re still open

Towing was completed timely and at a reasonable cost! The staff at the auto repair shop was kind and efficient! They care about the quality of work they do and charge reasonably for repairs! My car was back to me faster than I expected! This shop cares about their customers!

Alex helped me with my car situation! He was very professional and answered all my questions with no wondering at the end!
