Sent my wife here because iv had good experiences at other locations. Will NEVER return here or any other locations going forward. She needed her blower motor replaced. They told her 900$ which is outrageous. I got the part myself for 109$ at autozona and it took me literally 6 min to change. It's held on by 3 screws. Talk about overcharging.. I know everyone has to make a living but this is just dishonesty and price gauging at its finest. Extremely disappointed this was the service she was provided.

I went in for a diagnosis and was told the car was in such bad shape it was a danger to drive. I was incredibly upset after being told they could only release it to a tow truck, but after searching some YouTube videos of the problem and outcomes, I couldn’t believe I’d been driving around with kids and such a high risk of danger. They worked with me to get it done on my timeline. Casey made me feel like our safety was his priority above all else. My car, and my family, were absolutely cared for by this shop. Had an oil light on on my 06 Dakota, the manager Shawn, was able to fit me in although it was nearing the end of the day. I was impressed by how thorough the tech was, taking extra time to verify the problem before diagnosing the oil pressure sensor. I was very impressed with his professionalism and knowledge.
