We had our engine rebuilt and the whole crew were fabulous! We had taken the car elsewhere and the estimate was 13,000. Our first estimate from Mercie J was 7,500. When we got the final bill the total was 6500, They kept us in the loop thru the whole process. We are. Mercie J customers from now on.

There were frustrations with our most recent visit, but I believe that Merci J did all that they could to make the situation right. Our check engine light was on and the car was running rough. We asked them to diagnose. Their analysis was that a fuel injector was bad and we needed to replace it. Since it was an older car, we agreed to actually replace all of them. We got a rental car (not included in the repair service) since it would be a few days to get the part and repair. The repairs got done and for slightly less than the quoted price (always a happy day!). But within a few days, the check engine light came on again and the car rode rough. They checked it out and it was the same issue. One of the fuel injectors that was ordered was faulty. That happens. They replaced it without charge. Then when we went to pick up the vehicle, there was a distinct gas smell. Looking under the car, the fuel was clearly leaking from the engine. We didn't take the car back - they kept it

Excellent everything!! They kept in touch, the cost was under what I was originally quoted! Everyone I came in contact with was so awesome, friendly, always smiling and honest! I even received a gift bag for giving them a try! My Jeep passed emission and drives like a nice, I will definitely be back!
