Came back almost a year later because my car was giving me problems for the same issue as last year. And I asked if the alternator they replaced last year had warranty. James took the time to assure me that he was going to take me in the same day that i contacted him even though it was almost closing time. I left my car there overnight with a feeling that my car was going to be in the best hands possible so I wasn’t upset leaving it there overnight. And by next morning, I went back to my car working and running smoothly and I was once again grateful for their dedication and knowledge and I will definitely keep coming back. I still have a few things I’ve got to get fixed on this metal contraption lol. Desert Heat Auto has been more than reliable every single time I go. They will never undermined you or make you feel dumb but are dedicated to providing outstanding customer support and that is a guarantee. They had my car in the shop for 7 months. Very little communication. I had to text and call in constantly to get any info on the status of my vehicle. They are nice people but I would not recommend this shop.
