I just want to shout out this fabulous Auto Repair shop. As soon as you walk in it feels homely and inviting . And Mike is the best. He works with you and makes sure he is very honest with you. I got a family vibe from all the workers and everyone had great attitudes. And due to the problems with my car I had to leave it over night. Mike gave us a ride home about 45 minutes away. I’m not from Arizona so I really didn’t know what to expect but I am very glad I was able to find this repair shop on google. If I’m in Arizona and need my car fixed again I know exactly where to go.
I went in with temperature gauge not sending to display, and warning about "engine hot - turn off AC" on a Chevy Impala. Since the car has 130k miles, I figured while doing it, just replace thermostat and water pump to avoid future failure. Michael Knepp quoted me a price literally 50% of a shop one mile or so west. I've never used him before and it sounded too good to be true. IT WAS NOT, service was excellent and price was excellent, and problem resolved on schedule. After replacing those parts, they also found a faulty sensor on the engine, I bought the 20.00 part and his mechanic replaced it free of charge. Not only am I thrilled with the service, I'll definitely use his shop again and heartily recommend to others. As a bonus, the parts were 50% of my cost if I bought them at the auto parts shop.
