My friend had her emissions checked at the state run emission check station and it failed the test. I called up Affordable Auto Repair to see if they were certified to do the emission repairs. I made the appointment with Tucker to repair the car and within a few hours Tucker called me and told me it was just a electric fuse and was ready to pick up the car. He also informed me there was No Charge. In todays repair market a honest repair shop is hard to find. I told Tucker thanks for the honesty and I will be a returning customer for sure. Updated to 5 stars as they went above and beyond to make my experience A+. This kind of customer service goes a long way and isn't common these days, unfortunately. Thank you. Just had my wife's car repaired here. They did an amazing job with great customer service! They stuck to their price and were cheaper than others I called. They quoted me, and then the finished repair increased by an hour of labor, for extra cleaning of a melted belt. This I understood. Overall, I was satisfied with the repair. I will update after some more driving if anything changes. All the people I spoke to there were polite and informative. My vehicle was towed there, and All my interactions were over the phone except pickup.
