IF YOU HAVE A FORD YOU CAN'T A-FORD NOT TO TAKE IT TO BO KNOWS AUTO 100%. I took my 2002 in because it was over heating. Rich was open and patient about explaining the process and making suggestions. I went with all of them and I hadn't had a problem in years. Even decided not to sell it. Recently took it back because of a problem with the steering and an idling problem. They fixed it and I'm happy to report I'm back on the road! Recommended them to my son for his FORD FUSION they fixed it for so much less than what the dealership wanted to charge and fixed it within 48 hours. These guys are a rare find. The staff and entire team were fantastic! Friendly, knowledgeable, and professional through and through. Did I mention that they were fast as well!? When I brought my car in for a starter issue, brake, and oil change, I was totally shocked when they said I could pick it up that same afternoon!!! Did I mention that they also do a "courtesy" pick-up?! I didn t have a ride back out to their shop to get my car and they sent someone out to get me! Totally awesome!!!! I would highly recommend these guys to anyone in the area with car issues. I know that if I have any more car troubles, (and I am in Maricopa) this is the place I will be going to. 10 STARS!!!!! I took my car to Bo Knows for the first time. I had to have my alternator replaced, it turns out the a/c compressor was on its last legs as well. I do have an older car which is expected. Rich and the guys are great, very honest and friendly. Will definitely be returning. Highly Recommend.
