The staff were straightforward with answers to my questions about pricing. They gave me the out the door price over the phone, which was huge since I lived an hour away from the shop. They explained all their charges and didn't pressure me to buy a car or to let them finance the loan even though I was pre approved through my own bank. I was very satisfied with the whole experience.
