Greulich's Automotive Repair

I called last minute as I was driving home from work and they were able to have me bring my vehicle in. Very polite and the Best customer service. I was asked to leave the vehicle and while I had to wait on my daughter to pick me up, Greulich’s offered me a Lyft “complimentary” to get me home asap. I thank them and will highly recommend them and will definitely use them for future vehicle repairs. Keep up the good work guys!!

I had an issue with the alignment on my car the garage came on Yuma was so kind and helpful the multiple times I returned to try to get it done that I kept taking it back to them even though the distance was quite a bit further from the store on Dysart. They were finally able to get the alignment right found the problem got it fixed! Best attitude best team the guys at the Yuma store are awesome! Service: Tire rotations

This was my first time going to this automotive shop. My usual place I go to didn't have time to take in my vehicle and wanted me to wait until Tuesday of the next week. So I was appreciative that Greulich's took my vehicle on a Saturday and looked at it. I also appreciated that when my car didn't show the issues that I had experienced that they didn't just advice me to make unnecessary repairs just to try and make money. To me that shows honestly and making time for a customer on a busy weekend. I believe I'll keep coming back in the future.
