I have been a loyal customer for several years with multiple vehicles. However I recently visited for just routine maintenance; oil change with included tire rotation. I was informed my cabin filter & serpentine belt were recommended for replacement. I declined as I can easily deal with them by myself avoiding any labor charges. The technician broke my wheel stud during the tire rotation. I was informed and know it’s a safety hazard therefore i felt stuck. They had to replace it due to safety reasons. However they decided to charge me for their damage to my vehicle and labor to replace it. I feel that’s terrible customer service. They then sent me to discount tire to purchase a single replacement lugnut. Thankfully discount tire has the best customer service. They gave me the lugnut. I expressed my frustration with the manager at sun devil about the above damage and discount’s awesome customer service. He then decided to disrespect me & inform me how old my car is and how the industry

Ive had service done here a handful of times. Ive spent thousands of dollars just for preventative maintenance on my daily driver I don’t feel like doing the work myself. That being said, when I pay to have the work done I expect it to be done right with a slight bit of integrity. I used to work on cars, mistakes can be made, but this is not the first issue ive had with this location. They failed to replace my oil filter after an oil change, and recommended a brake fluid flush after I had them flush ALL fluids months prior. When I had the fluids changed I know for a fact the wheels hadn’t even been removed, now how does that work? They did immediately pull my vehicle back in and make it right, and the gentleman placed a free oil change on my account. But I will not be bringing my business back here. There’s plenty of other mom and pop shops with greater attention to detail not trying to pump cars out their garage.

Have Always Been Happy With Your Service For The Times I Have Come In For An Oil Change, Up Until Today...The Employee Was Rocking Out In My Car While My Windshield Wipers Were Going....I Asked Him To Stop As I Didn't Ask For Anything Else To Be Checked....I Had Asked Nathon If They Could Please Take An Air Blower And Blow All The Dirt And Dust Out From Under My Hood, He Said Yes They Could, But When I Asked The Guy Who Was Rocking Out In My Car To Stop....They Could No Longer Blow The Dust Out From My Hood...I Paid $80.00 For The Oil Change, As I Didn't Want Any Other Checks For My Car ‼️‼️‼️‼️ Which I Thought Was STUPID....I Will No Longer Have My car Services Done There........
