I stopped in and spoke with Lisa at the front desk on Thursday evening about what seemed to be a vacuum issue and engine light which also showed that there was an issue with my turbo. Lisa said drop it off tomorrow (today Friday) and they were able to get the parts and repairs completed for me! They were very pleasant to work with. I felt that they were honest and didn’t try to upsell on anything! I will be using them for my auto needs! It’s been years since I have had a vehicle without extended warranty and I am happy to have found a business I can trust! Thank you to everyone that got my “7” on the road again!

Absolutely the worst customer service from the blond lady behind the desk and the guy with the red beard. Lady never informed me of price increase of oil changes. I own two businesses and if a price increase if to come up, the customer is to be informed and before services are started, we come to an agreement on price or we go else where. She was very rude and unprofessional. Red bearded guy said two hours. 4 hours later and no phone call or voicemail. So that was a lie. Side mirrors were pulled out on my Chevy and mirrors are all outta wack. What are they doing touching that when I’m there for an oil change. Engine light came on after I left they says “service tire monitor system” but yet they say it’s not their fault and there not a tire repair shop so I have to come outta pocket to have that fixed. I advise NOONE do business with this shop. Dishonest lying people and surprise cost…STAY AWAY Service: Oil change

Had multiple check engine lights on...took the vehicle to Sun Devil. Their diagnosis was what the dealership said it could be.Actually right on the money!They are honest And Fairly priced. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The technician I believe name was Chad sorry if I'm wrong was very friendly And readily available to answer all questions. If it was not for a price break at the dealership I would definitely use Sun Devil Auto. Give the staff 5 stars for great work and communication.
