Sun Devil Auto

Had multiple check engine lights on...took the vehicle to Sun Devil. Their diagnosis was what the dealership said it could be.Actually right on the money!They are honest And Fairly priced. Lisa was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. The technician I believe name was Chad sorry if I'm wrong was very friendly And readily available to answer all questions. If it was not for a price break at the dealership I would definitely use Sun Devil Auto. Give the staff 5 stars for great work and communication. We'll definitely use them for other mechanical needs in the future. Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I had a great experience and everyone was very helpful. Shout out to Kyle who used his own vehicle to pick me up, when my vehicle was ready. One of the technicians Chad up there had the worst attitude. He told me to come in at 4 and since I didn’t call back and verify he had a very bad attitude. I came in to get my vehicle inspected and what was suppose to be a 1.5 he process they came back in less than 20 minutes claiming they did a full bumper to bumper inspection. I will never bring any of my vehicles to this place because of their poor attitude and disorganization. Lisa and Chad had horrible attitudes and even wrote on my report the wrong year and model type of my vehicle. Bad business. Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair
