Nasa Auto Electric

Kept vehicle almost a week and didn't touch it. Never called us to let us know what was happening. Didn't answer phone when we called to check. We had to walk over a mile to their shop just to find out they hadn't even looked at it. Poor customer service.

PLEASE READ THIS BEFORE TAKING YOUR CAR HERE!!!!! Gave them 5 stars so that everyone who looks here will see it first. Hopefully before you take your car here.This is the worst place I have ever been. They knew that my car had electric issues and they left for the weekend leaving the the car connected to the battery. My car is A total loss they caught it on fire and say it's my problem. Please don't take your car to them. They will damage your car and say that it's your problem not theirs. PLEASE read all of the other bad reviews before taking your car here. They have been destroying cars for years and it's time we stop them. I'm seeking a lawyer to take them to court. I would not recommend getting auto electric work done at this location they didnt fix my car at all and swindled money out of me! I initially needed my window fixed because the control unit that makes it go up/down went out. Thats all that was wrong! I had already had pepboys put on a brand new relay/relocator device that had the motor already attached, but nasa said the part was no good and they will buy & put that part on themselves. That wasnt needed i had a brand new part already put on. Then they told my husband that the control unit module that initial goes on the car is out and needs to be replaced so they said they had went ahead & ordered a new control unit module and was waiting for it to arrive when it turns out they never ordred it & had my husband and my sick 7yr old who needed to go to urgent care whom by the way was sitting with her dad in thier waiting room waiting for the car to get fixed while im at work for almost 5 hours smh they shouldntve even got a partial payme
