Kerry's Car Care - Glendale

I remembered coming here as a kid with family, and thought I’d come and get my car diagnosed since I’m having issues, and brought it by. Keith seems like a cool guy but towards the end made me feel uneasy with his approach. I asked him to verify with myself if the diagnostic that Kerry’s offered was free and he told me yes but in a rude way. After I had asked that he seemed to have gotten irritated. Then announces the issues with my vehicle so everyone can hear, instead of asking me to come to the counter to explain the issues going on. He seemed pushy, like he wanted me to make up my mind with what I wanted to do then and there and asked if the online application for financing was even filled out yet. Honestly it was unprofessional and the environment that I thought was relaxed and friendly ended up making me uncomfortable and decided I’m going to take my business elsewhere. Plus, almost 4k to fix my vehicle when the parts online are under $500-$600. Not happy with my experience and h

I don't know. I wasn't that impressed. I've had better experiences@mechanic shops with more courteousness. I went next door to the eastern African restaurant because they said it would be an hour and a half wait and after 45 minutes waiting inside their shop- I figured I'd go check out this new restaurant and when I got back I was ignored and the restaurant wasn't recommended but I was thirsty and it was hot. I came back with a little bag of food. Maybe that's why. Sorry I won't be back! You could have texted me or called me too to let me know my car was ready also ..guys ?????

I took my van in for AC problems I was told my ports were leaking and it would cost me $400 and some odd dollars for them to run a dye in my system after that I have three to seven days and if it leaks they would have to continue further investigation on where the problem was. Well I took my van to a different location they charged my AC and here I am as of today I had no problems with it. This location will take you for your money if I were you I would get a second opinion
