Kerry's Car Care - Glendale

Don’t ever go to the mechanic shop. My car was perfectly fine before I came to the shop next thing you know I put gas in my car and I have a gas leak. It’s a bad one too. I feel like they did something to my car. They charge way too much for certain stuff they try to charge me for brakes about almost $400 and then for an alignment like $300 they did something to my car they should fix it they’re lucky I don’t sue them so if you ever consider going here don’t this is the worst mechanic shop you can ever go to ????

We have had a very amazing experience with this company. We were stuck with a bad transmission in our only car and not only did they take us in on the same day, but they made extra efforts to ensure we were getting the best deal. Our car was continuing to show errors after the first transmission replacement and rather than giving up, Kerry's went through the extra effort to find us another transmission and redo the work. When they were officially done they were even flexible with our pick up day to allow us to get our finances in order first. With their warranty protection on the transmission we know we are in good hands. They even made recommendations regarding our finance payments to allow us to not waste our money in the long run. Overall amazing customer service and a great experience despite our very unfortunate situation. Thank you Kerry's! *Will update if any issues occur past this point.*

Only four stars, alignment is great so far. However, I was Quoted $117.13 for an alignment. When I was picking up the vehicle they tried to tack on a $12.92 "service fee", guy ringing me up could not explain what it was for. Manager (slick) said it was for their labor and power tools, same guy that quoted $117.13 in the morning. Yet the mysterious "service fee"discount on my receipt says "discount on labor $12.92" Kinda shady not quoting the service fee, plus someone was complaining about AC work when I was dropping my vehicle off.
