I wanted to share this post for awhile now. The first time I used Ken's Tire was back in July 2019. I took my vehicle to a trusted mechanic to find out that this place of business was trying to tell me that because my timing belt broke that I needed a new engine ($4,000.00 cost). I was very upset & told a friend of mine & she suggested Ken's Auto. I am so glad that I did. They found that the previous mechanic shop did not put the timing belt on correctly. Jerry put the belt back on correctly & my vehicle has been running great. After all that, I just recently had a problem with my daughters vehicle & Jerry called the dealership because it had a extended warranty on it, (he did not want to charge me for something that was under warranty) & he told me to have it towed to the dealership. I did call for the tow truck company which they were 2 hours late way after closing hours for Ken' s Auto . Jerry waited for the tow truck to arrive so I would not be stranded there alone. T

Got my car checked with AC and gas refigerant refilled. It was quick service but the repairer left his dirty oil hands on the car's hood surface, forgot turning off the AC nob and forgot taking the work order paper out of my car. Waiting room is filled by cigarette smell
