Greulich's Automotive Repair

Got a quote and decided to take the car to get a second and 3rd opinion. Come to find out I only needed to repair a couple minor things on my car while greulichs was telling me I had a bunch of repairs. Those repairs were coming to a total of over 6K while I had 2 other shops quote me less than 1/3 of the cost. I have the car back and it is running absolutely fantastic

I've only had one service (an alignment) here, but would have zero problem going back again. 1) they do alignments on lifted trucks, which not a lot of places will do(and the few that do, charge far more than they should). Greulichs price, in my opinion, was very fair. 2) The whole experience was quick and easy. I called them at 745am, was given a 9am appointment(for the same day), showed up at 845am and was home, with a finished vehicle, by 10am. Can't ask for much more there. 3) The place is clean and they have a decent waiting area with a TV and drinks. 4) I really only dealt with one person(Zach), and he was professional/polite when I called, when I showed up, and as I was leaving. If I HAD to pick one thing that "bothered" me....if would be the swamp coolers in the shop. Get those guys some freaking AC, it's Phoenix...it gets HOT.

I came to visit this auto shop after noticing decent leak under my car the night before. I wasn’t sure if it was coolant or water coming off the A/C. Being from out of town and it being Labor day weekend they were able to get me right in on short notice to take a look. They let me know it was was in fact water coming off the A/C, which is normal in hot weather with A/C running btw, and alerted me to potential problem I was not aware of which could be under my cars warranty. They did not charge me for their time, and got me in and out quickly. That to me is great service. I’d recommend giving these guys a chance if I was a local.
