They did a wonderful job fixing my bumper and tire guard that was damaged from an accident. They are really nice staff and flexible with payments. So very happy with Fix Auto. It was the shop recommended by USAA. I'm glad they did. Being a USAA connected shop made the claims process easy. Fix Auto was a Grade A operating from the first call. They kept me updated on each step of the repair. They did and excellent job on my wife's car. The thieves had left our car running when it wad found by the police. Car was on empty. Fix Auto put $10 in my tank so I didn't have to rush out and buy gas as soon as I picked up my car. Plus, I could leave my rental car with them. One less stop to make.
Was in an accident that messed up my trucks face. When all was done, it was as if nothing had happened at all.
