Over the past 5 years, I've had them work on several different vehicles for me. They are always accommodating, straight forward, and reliable. They consistently complete their work on time and as promised. I am a very grateful customer. Thank you. Adding to my review since it's been 3 years and I'm still impressed with Chastain's. They continue to provide wonderful service. This past week they helped me with an emissions issue. I had a consistent error causing a check engine light. I brought it to the dealership a couple of times and after spending $700 for them to do some diagnostics and replace some parts, I still kept getting this issue and they didn't have any solutions. I brought the car to Chastain's and they quickly found a significant crack in the air intake that the dealership wasn't able to track down. They were very patient with my questions and gave answers with pictures about my car's issues. They successfully repaired my misfire and fuel issues that prevented me from passing emissions.

I failed my emissions test and this shop was on the list of approved shops. I called several shops and it just felt like I was speaking to honest people. I read the reviews and decided to take my car. I think I made a good decision. I will bring my car here for any future repairs.
