Absolutely horrible. I asked for a estimate he ask if I minded leaving my car so I did big mistake. I called so many times to get an update and they never answer there phone. Then I finally got ahold of them and was told they where waiting to see if they would be able to get the parts. 3 weeks later after getting the run around I physically go to the shop to get my car back and he charged me $250 for storage which I never asked to leave my car there he did. I had to call the police because he wouldn't give me my car until I paid. He told the officer that he was holding until I paid "mechanic lean" the officer made me pay but I found out that because he did no work on my vehicle he was not supposed to claim a "mechanic lean" he had no right to keep my car! Definitely informing the Attorney generals office about this.

I just saved 253.67 on my deductible I am so excited. I recommend them to anybody. Kyle was awesome and very helpful. How I found out about them was through the reviews online. I had to see for myself and sure the reviews never lied. I brought my car in Tuesday morning when they opened and my car was finished way sooner than they told me the next day. My car looks wonderful. They even cleaned it up so nicely like brand new. I give them a 5+

I had the worst experience here. Do not spend your money here. When I dropped my car off I expressed how I could not afford my $1,000 deductible and saw online that they waive deductibles up to $1000. I had some front end damage end expressed to him that my car was shaky and needed an alignment as well. I gave him the estimate and he reviewed it... right then and there he knew that the estimate was not enough to be able to waive a deductible. Did he tell me that, no! Did I get a quote for the work, NO! Zero communication the entire time. He estimated 1week and it took 2, no big deal though. They call me when my car is ready and tell me it was $800... If I would have known they were only going to waive $200, I would have taken my car to someone I know and trust ( lesson learned). I was upset but I got over it and was happy to save $200. I go to pick up my car, it looks great, but when I take off my car was shaking like crazy and obviously did not get an alignment. If you would have move
