Nick welcomed me immediately upon entering. I found the waiting area to be clean, pleasant atmosphere with cold bottled water on hand. My car was there for and lube. After the service Nick provided me a list of possible items that may need to be taken care due to my car's mileage. No hard sales just a friendly review. A game plan for maintenance was offered, again not a hard sale. Bottom line I felt like Quick Connect cared about both my car and my safety. As a bonus it was a great price for an oil and lube as well as competitive prices for the other services offered. Will definitely return. Service: Oil change

Nick is awesome. Very kind person and great customer service skills. He is honest about your vehicles issue and does not try to lie and tell you it’s something worse than it is. I’ve had this happen before from other auto shops. Would definitely recommend! Service: Battery
