AAMCO Transmissions & Total Car Care

After dropping off my Durango for the 5th time for the same repair they called us to pick up our vehicle. They refunded our money and refused to complete the repair. Why? Because we filed a complaint with their corporate headquarters. Five times and over to months total sitting in their garage. They admitted that they never looked in the transmission to diagnose the problem, only plugged it into the computer end kept trying to blame it on a faulty censor. So if you want a transmission shop that has no clue how to fix transmissions, then this is your place! They deserve 5 NEGATIVE STARS! Services: Transmission, Electrical repair

This is by far the worst shop I have ever been to. I called prior to taking my vehicle in and they told me they were going to finish the job in one day and it took them 5 days to do absolutely NOTHING. They "diagnosed" the vehicle but another mechanic showed me the part they claimed was bad was untouched to be diagnosed. They wanted to add their own additional labor for a part they claimed is faulty even though it’s part of a fuel pump kit that was already going to be replaced by my warranty provider.   Normally you would just pay for the extra part that’s needed since it’s already taken out of the vehicle because of the job already but they wanted to charge an additional 1200 just for the sending unit. However, they are very rude and unprofessional, they always seem to be in a rush to deal with a customer they can't even answer simple questions. If i were you I wouldn't waste my time or money with this company .

I had my oil/filter changed and the window rubber guards replaced. They did an amazing job! Not only were they quick but the people were really nice and I couldn't have asked for better service. I will definetley be returning and they have earned a new customer. Service: Oil change
