He was very transparent up front and the overall vibe of his operation is friendly and trustworthy, something that can be difficult to find in auto shops. I have been to Top Tech three times now, all as a repeat customer. Without getting into detail, one of the parts failed causing another part to go bad. After assessing the repairs needed, Chris worked quickly with his supplier to make sure that they covered all of the needed repairs to the replace the original part and also the part that went out because of it.
