I was told there would be a quote available the day after I froppped it off. I kept calling daily to be given the run around. Day 4, I called and the rep tells me no one even generated a full quote so couldn’t provide an exact price. I picked up my car to be charged an hour of labor and walked out with no paperwork to review. My car was still parked in the same spot I parked it when dropping it off. I will never recommend this location. I have been a pep boys customer , but I have never been treated so badly. There is no respect for my time. I spent 4 days in a rental car only to not have my car fixed.
I'm always skeptical about getting work done on my car. I prefer to do it myself. But the few times I've had my car here Rudy has been nothing but excellent! Great customer service! He explains things thoroughly and doesn't show frustration when asked 100 questions.. Rudy is amazing and does a fantastic job. Seems to really enjoy his job, does everything well with a smile on his face! 10/10 would recommend to friends and family!
HORRIBLE SERVICE, DO NOT GO TO PEP BOYS! I guess I still haven't learned my lesson. I had a horrible experience with the Pep Boys on Alma School and Warner so whenever I have to go to Pep Boys I go to the one on Arizona Ave but they all seem to be bad now. They are so busy they don't care about service or quality. This time I went in to get 1 tire serviced which is under warranty. It has a slow leak so I have to add air every day. First when I tried to make an appointment to fix this every Pep Boys I called were 3-4 days out which I don't really like driving on a tire that is leaking but obviously that is not urgent enough for them. I finally got this Pep Boys to agree to fix it if I drop the vehicle off and they would squeeze it in so I appreciate the effort to take care of it between other work.
