Really good work, but the front office is not organized, efficient, or communicative. Each time I've been there, no one has been upfront, so you have to go into the back and hunt someone down. One time myself and another customer had to wait in the waiting area until their lunch break was over before anyone would come up and help us. Another occasion, i received a call about coming in to take a look at the car to go over something and then when I asked for more information the reply was "I don't know he just said to call you". In my experience in the automotive industry, you should probably have all the information needed when calling a customer. Especially since you have my car so I would need to take an uber to get there. Outaide of the feont office, the work is done very well you just need to be specific with what you are requiring. Super easy to work with, great location, great work. 2 accidents in 2weeks and they were so friendly and sympathetic. Best place to get work done. The owner also gave me a free oil change for a small delay. Excellent follow-up too.
