I took my car to check oil pressure, a man called me and said it would cost 149.00 to fix the issue. I said great fix it. When I went to pick my car up I had to pay 260.00. Different people told me they were treated the same way.
I have been a Firestone customer for a year plus now and I have had nothing but great service and excellent professional customer care. Aaron, Tyler and any service tech or mechanic or any customer relations representative is very courteous and kind the service on my vehicle has been outstanding to say the least! Hands down great location and great company. ????????
I showed up at Firestone an hour before they close. I had just left work and my tire was flat. They got me in quickly and fixed my flat tire. I’ve been using Firestone for a few months now (oil changes and a rotation) they have yet to disappoint and the staff is so nice. I will continue to use Firestone.
