Caliber Collision in Casa Grande done a Great job repairing my 2017 Tahoe that was damaged in a rear end collision. Jamie Dixon took care of me from start to finish. She is professional, customer service oriented, courteous and so easy to work with. She goes out of her way to do and make things right and correct. Great auto body repair experience. Unfortunately someone had rear ended my brand new 2023 awhile ago. I was set up to go through Caliber Collision by the insurance and was not sure what to expect but overall was not expecting to be so PLEASED with the experience and efficiency by this location! The staff was amazing and friendly! I had the amazing pleasure to work with Jamie and she was very tentative, thorough and communicative throughout my entire experience. I was so frustrated at the situation I was put in with the accident but Jamie and her team made it look like it never happened in the first place! I was speechless and am forever grateful especially with how quickly they got the job done and my vehicle back to me. Should I ever have something like this happen again I know I’m coming back to Caliber!
What a horrible experience. This company held my car 10 days just to replace a front bumper. S Lopez was the advisor. and pushed rental car reimbursement from your insurance like that would make the inconvenience any better. This place is milking insurance companies. I would have been better off taking my car to a mechanic shop of my choice. Services: Painting, Body & Trim
