I come to JOES AUTO to get anything from an oil change to engine repairs. every time I come back because of the familiar faces and the great customer service the communication has always been a great experience, which I cannot say the same for other places I appreciate all the time and effort that they put in to service my vehicles, every time I bring them in.
Left my vehicle at 8am and it was 5pm my car still sitting waiting to be looked at. First one this morning picked up at 5. I called and they had no time frame available. Called end of day and the guy tells me I made an appt at the shop for 8 am not with the Technician. Um..how am I suppose to know that the technician has a different schedule?! Will never come to another Joe’s Auto again!!
Car overheated and died on the road. Got my car in early had it done by the end of the day. Their service was well worth the price. Service: Auto water leak repair
