Car overheated and died on the road. Got my car in early had it done by the end of the day. Their service was well worth the price. Service: Auto water leak repair

Brought my car in for an oil change and I won't be returning. I had an appointment and showed up on time, but it still took them 2 hours to do an oil change. Additionally, they put my oil plate on incorrectly and caused damage to the plate. Also very overpriced, just find somewhere else to get work done to your car. Service: Oil change

After a few experiences with this location, I am confused. I have recommended repairs including some that say "major fluid leaks". A few years later, I still get the same "major fluid leaks" as recommended repairs yet I I have not received a return call which I was told I would receive when I asked for a price quote to repair/replace needed items. I have no fluid leaks under my vehicle nor am I low on fluids as I do check these items on my own. I did have a few new "recommended" repairs my last visit but again, no phone call 2 days later after I was told I would receive a call. So, how needed are these repairs? I have had other work completed there including a radiator so it is not like I don't take care of what needs to be done. As for the new hours, I don't know that I could have them done there since the repairs and other work would take time and most of us work M - F. It was suggested I focus on the mechanical repairs and leave the "major" leaks which they want to do an engine clea
