The atmosphere was exceptional. They have a waiting area that the backs recline on. No foot rests though. They will take ur down payment after you fill out ur application but before they call your references. You must list 6 references and they have to be able to get ahold of 4. If you dont get that, not only will they take ur payment (non refundable) but you wont get ur vehicle back with ur new tires on it. The wait sucked. I was there 3 HOURS before I got my tires. The service was good at first, but then I witnessed one employee at the front not only telling what he makes but how much extra the guys make in the garage and i also witnessed this said employee be rude as all get out to one of the garage employees! I couldn't believe my ears and eyes!

Ima give 3 stars, close to four but not quite. Salesman was a little pushy as soon as you walk in the door but understood. Also stated that they would have me done in an hour! It took 2.5 hours. Great information about the tires and warranties.

I had a great experience with this company. Austin was a very polite well manned young man and he helped me with everything I needed to know. All the staff was very nice and i felt right at home. If you need tires I would recommend you go see Austin at RNR tire.
