Gave me a correct diagnostics on my vehicle. Also taught me step by step on how to remove battery , replace leads, and get my own car back starting again. Gave me lots of knowledge on corrosions and how serious they can affect your battery. Saved me almost $400!!!! Service: Battery
The diagnosis was fine but when we get to the job he doesn’t know what he is doing and never communicates that! I am all the way here in AR from TN with 4 kids and he blocks me and runs off so unprofessional I am so sick and disappointed!!!!
He was so polite and didn’t make me feel that I didn’t know anything just because I’m a woman. I felt like he was giving me honest answers and not trying to get over. Even though it was later on in the evening he still came to me and I really appreciated that because I almost asked him to wait til the next day so he wouldn’t be out late. There’s nothing better than having someone with great people skills! Would highly recommend him to others and will continue to do business with them. Service: Auto engine diagnostic
