Walmart Auto Care Centers

Got a screw in my tire this morning. Says the tire and lube opens at 7. I got here at 6:45 with 2 cars already in line in front of me. It is now 7:18 and not a single worker Has started checking people in, but they sure are worried about arranging tires In Front of the store with 3 people working on display and no one attending to customers....I'm sorry but I feel like your customers should be your FIRST priority...if it want the only tire shop open right now I would be leaving...I was even going to go ahead and buy tired today since I'm here, but now I won't. I'll take my business elsewhere for that. Then as I am at work waiting to hear I get a call. Says the tire cannot be repaired due to a cut that is leaking air in the sidewall, but didn't have a tire to replace it and would have to order it. I told her I needed my car today, so put the spare on so I can drive it. I show back up and they did not put the spare on. They documented that I declined the repair (which I did not)

Great service and except for guy that checked me out, the people were really cool.

Honestly it wasn’t the wait but the customer service we received that we won’t ever come back or recommend anyone here . Came in this morning to ask how we can get a tire , a young nice gentleman told us that we will have to catch the lady outside with the iPad to write us a ticket. My boyfriend waiting to speak to her as she is speaking to another customer. She turns around in mid conversation and rudely asked “can I help you sir” . He was waiting and could have continued to wait until she was done with her customer she was with . He ignored how rude she came at him and told her that he was needing a tire . With an attitude she responded “the tires is on a four hour wait , actually booked up for the day”. So not only was she rude but she didn’t even want to give us a ticket. I mean the guy inside said we could have picked the tire up the next day if we wanted . All we needed was a tire put on a rim . Bad customer service like that just puts a bad taste in the place .
