I went in for an oil change and fluid refills, just 20 minutes before the closing time (I wasn’t aware that the shop closed earlier), but still, all of the technicians and the manager there, were still very helpful and very thorough on taking their time to check out my car brakes, did my oil change, vacuumed and cleaned my windows and did some other minor repairs to my vehicle. The manager was very polite, extremely knowledgeable, and explained everything to me in layman's terms lol, and honest, regarding the repairs I will be needing done to my vehicle. I will definitely be returning to the Jiffy Lube located at 805 Hogan Ln, Conway, AR for all of my repairs. I highly recommend!!! Thank you gentlemen!!! Service: Oil change
I got my first oil change after buying a vehicle from the car dealership. My oil filter wasn't secure and all my oil ran out. Nearly blew my engine. I took it to Jiffy Lube, and they did above and beyond of what I asked them to help me with. Thanks, Hannah and the crew for a great experience!
I have had excellent service from this location and enjoy interacting with the staff. (Styx) has always been extremely friendly and helpful.
