Total Tire & Automotive

You cant say we do alignments, take in the vehicle, take time to say you are working on the vehicle then come back AFTER THE SO CALLED WORK IS FINISHED to say, What year is this vehicle? (you are in the automotive business and you don't know the make of the car BEFORE you start a service?) We could not do a full alignment? We did half of alignment services? BUT WE FULL ALIGNMENT FEES/SERVICES we could not and did not render? Do not refer me to this facility again. I will not refer you either.

Well they had a accident, a wreck in my truck while test driving it,it was not there fault.but they didn't fix the breaking problem I took it up there for.totally acted as if they just wanted my truck off there property. I will not be back for sure.

This is the place to go, If you need work on your car! We were traveling, and out of town when our Tire Pressure Low light came on! We saw the "OPEN" sign in their window and pulled in. When I walked inside, I was greeted by a gentleman at the front desk. I explained that we were just passing through and my light came on. He directed me to pull my car up to the right and they will top off the tire pressure. This was such a blessing, and the service was perfect!! The gentleman that filled the tires was very kind as well, and we chit-chatted about air pressure, and New pump features. I have to say, I was impressed with the help and service we received and recommend them 100%!! If we're ever in the area again, I'll be sure to stop in for all the car repairs!! Thank you guys again so much for being available, helpful, kind and providing great service! Happy New Year!
