Best car repair shop in town. Smith Ford had my car for 3 days, never called and didn’t diagnose a front left wheel bearing (said it was plastic hanging down making my car sound like a helicopter.) They were awful. Kenneth Jones fixed it all in one day! Fast and great service. The secretary is super sweet!!
They are very rude and dishonest, will charge you more than the quoted price after you have affirmed multiple times that the cheaper price was correct.
Kenneth Jones is the only garage I have faith in locally. Have used them for over a decade. Excellent customer service and very fair prices. From the ladies in the office to the mechanics in the shop, they are all top notch.
