Kelsey incorrectly checked my battery and wouldn’t give me a new battery that I had a warranty on and instead told me that I had another issue, I’m now stuck at a retail shop because my battery has died for the 5th time today and went to another o’rileys to get my battery rechecked. Turns out the battery was bad, which I knew in the first place, and was why I went to the store to get a new one, I had to get jumped again and drove over to another o’rileys. Thank goodness for the o’rileys in Mayflower, as they checked not only my battery but also checked my alternator and everything else they could to make sure that that truly was the problem as they couldn’t fathom why the o’rileys in Conway couldn’t figure that out. Not only was she unhelpful she was also extremely rude and acted like I was the dumb one, repeatedly asking why i was trying to trade it in after getting the same response every time.
