I had high hopes for this place based on all the raving reviews but unfortunately, I can't say the same about our experience. We called in mid-June and were told that we would need to bring it by for an initial estimate, which we had to schedule for approximately 4.5 weeks out due to them being backed up. This was not an issue at all as most shops in our area are in the same situation. There was a work schedule change between the original contact and the appointment, so we reached out and tried to reschedule for something later that same day. We were told that they absolutely had to have it there first thing in the morning but that it would be done by 230 PM so the vehicle could be picked up in afternoon with no issues. The vehicle was dropped off well before they opened and when we returned at approximately 3 PM to pick it up, we were told that it had yet to be touched and if we could just wait an hour or so they could get to it. I highly recommend Dent Masters Of Arkansas and have no hesitation in giving them a 5 star review. They were extremely professional and did an awesome job on our car. They were very friendly and helpful when fitting around our schedule.

There is no one I trust more with my vehicles than Greg and the Team at Dent Masters. Top notch service from beginning to end. If you want it done you can go anywhere, if you want it done right then this is the only place you should consider. Greg’s a perfectionist and he treats every vehicle as if it’s his own.
