Jeep Rubicon placed in JC Auto. Stayed over month for head gasket blown. Fixed head gasket but didn't replace wiring harness, snorkel, or any wiring back in place. Started using oil and ticking in motor. Jeep Dealership had to fix JCs Auto mistakes! Very unprofessional repairs, sneaky, and refused to pay or their mistakes. Not ever again will I make this mistake again. You need pictures before placed in this shop! JCs does very little documentation on estimate. Get full list of repair cost

I have used JC Automotive for a couple of years now. They are great to work with. As honest of a shop as I have seen. I know enough about cars to be dangerous so I at least know that Curtis is telling me the truth and giving me his honest opinion about what needs to be done. I simply will not bother going anywhere else.

Amazing help on short notice! We were on the last leg of a four-day road trip, hundreds of miles from home, when our car started shuddering every time we went above 40 mph. I called JC Automotive and they said to bring it by, even though it was a busy Saturday morning. They were waiting for us when we pulled in ten minutes later, and managed to get our car fixed up - including a new part - in just a couple of hours, and at a very reasonable price. They were so nice, and absolutely saved our trip!
