They charged me $1200 for repairs to my engine, but they didn’t fix the problem. I took it back to them a week later and they said I would need a new engine entirely. I’m still getting error codes for the parts that they “replaced” Service: Engine repair

I highly recommend you shop around if you have anything you need beyond an oil change. I was quoted 4 hours of labor by Christian Brothers to replace a sensor for upwards of $700 (not including an over priced part fee). I went to another shop where the job only took them 30 minutes including diagnostics and $160. Nothing is holding a shop accountable to be fair with their prices other than good faith and CB is clearly taking advantage of the labor market rates.

I was at a loss with my car, it was too out of my price range to fix and worth even less to trade in so I didn’t know what to do. I was helped by Alex who assisted in finding someone to purchase my car when my only other option was to pay to have it towed away and junked. If I could give more than 5 stars I would! He was so helpful and patient with my hundred calls about this situation. Thank you to Alex for all his help making this stressful situation a lot easier.
