McLarty Daniel Ford Service

I made and appointment for 11:30 Wednesday . I was asked if it could be kept all night , I said yes. I called Thursday it wasn't done. Friday at around 3pm I got my car back. Nothing had been done except a diagnostic. I was charged $150.00 dollars.

Horrible customer service experience. They replaced the injectors on my 6 liter Diesel engine and replaced a fuel pump. They did not bother to check the computer and clear the code. Did this myself through a tuner and the number five cylinder is still throwing a code. In addition Ronald D Brewer (Ford Tech) failed to note that the oil needed to be changed and the tires rotated when I dropped the vehicle off. However, he did have the presence of mind to note on the ticket that the oil needed to be changed and the tires rotated. He just did not bother to ask me if I wanted this work done at any point during the week they had my vehicle. His only response when I pointed this out on the itemized bill was: “Oh, yeah we did not charge you for letting you know it needed to be done…”. If you do get your vehicle serviced at McLarty Daniel Ford, I strongly recommend trying to work with someone other than Ronald D Brewer. As for myself, I am going to try another dealership. They can not complete anything on time. They tell you your car is ready and you show up to pick it up and come to find out it is not complete. Of I didn’t have to have warranty work here I would not take my vehicle here.
