I had a fantastic experience working with Frank K. at Caliber Collision. I've heard horror stories from friends not having their vehicles for months while waiting for their cars to get fixed. What I experienced was quite the opposite. Frank not only kept me updated on a regular basis on the status of the job, but the team at Caliber actually finished it ahead of the initial estimate. I was back on the road with a brand new door in a week. Frank took care of all of the back and forth with the insurance company and made it a hassle-free experience for me. As an added bonus, the team touched up a few scuffs and scratches around the car free of charge. My car was delivered back to me washed, vacuumed, and wiped down, which I didn't expect. Thank you, Caliber for taking great care of me!
