They did a great job on how my car looks. However the time it took was ridicules, I’m not sure how they are still in business because it took them a little over three weeks to fix my car. Not only that but they never once called to tell me it was taking longer than expected, every time I called them I was given very short answers. If you want it done in a timely manner you might want to consider going elsewhere. Overall a poor customer experience and I wouldn’t go again, took way to long and the headache of trying to find rides for three weeks isn’t worth it.

They did an excellent repair on my Toyota Sienna after it was hit. The work was so high quality it was hard to identify. The insurance estimate was for over $5000 so I though I would have to live with a blemish or two. But not with Browns, they made it just like new!! Being as nice as I can be here. The final product and work on my truck was great but the overall experience with their customer service and communication was horrible, embarrassing horrible. I asked for regular updates in my initial 1 week estimate. Day before I was scheduled to pick up, they pushed it out 2 weeks with no communication on what was happening. When I called and asked why, the guy Dave, said they were super busy I’d be lucky to get my truck back within a month. I had to call multiple times to get any updates. The lack of professionalism is sad. I will not be recommending or returning to Brown’s Collision. Service: Body & Trim
