Richard & P.J. have taken care of my cars for 20 years. He's smart, honest, grouchy, precise, loves the sound of a healthy engine, no-nonsence, hard-working, analytical. We won't take our cars anywhere else. (And before I buy a new car, I make sure it's one he thinks will go the 250-300,000 miles he knows we expect of our vehicles.) OH, & he's also certified, so once every 10 years when I do buy a new vehicle, having him work on it doesn't void the warranty. Also: He never tries to up-sell us on anything.

Richard is an honest, knowledgeable mechanic. I described the overheating symptoms of my 2002 Tundra, and he predicted the correct causes before confirming them with the tests. Unfortunately, it wasn't good news. However, he was nice enough to let me leave the truck at his shop until I could figure out what to do.

We were very fortunate, Mr Miller was not busy on Monday morning, and we were able to take the car to him immediately for repair.
